The Lawrence Nelson Booster Club is Sponsoring a Penny Wars for Grades 9th - 12th. Starting December 9th running until January 2nd. Penny Jugs will be open for the public to donate during home Basketball games. All proceeds will benefit each class. If you have any questions please contact Amanda Ostdiek.

There will be no Junior High Pep Band this afternoon due to a limited number of responses.
ATTENTION ALL RAIDER FANS!
We have a knockout challenge this Friday, December 5th during the half-time of the boys varsity game. Come out to the game against the Red Cloud Warriors and support the girls and boys high school basketball first game of the season and enjoy a game of knockout!
This is what you will need to do:
You must pay before there is 1:00 left in the 2nd quarter of the boys game (Pay in Cafeteria).
Gather in the cafeteria
Wear clean shoes on the gym floor, or play in socks

Thursday, December 4th, is Career Quest Presentation Day. All are welcome to see the amazing things our juniors and seniors have learned through their mentorship experiences this semester.
The One Act Team and Mrs. Ham are coming home with hardware from districts...they are this year's DISTRICT RUNNER-UP!

Monday, December 8th is the MS/HS Band and Choir Concert at 7:00! If you have a student in Middle School, they need to wear jeans and shoes that are clean! I have a shirt for them that they will get when they get to the school for the concert.
I need to warm up the groups ahead of the concert, so here are the times that the students need to be in the Music room by!

Yesterday, many students helped pack the 1,133 items that we collected into the Expedition and the members of the National Honor Society took them down to the food pantry in Superior. While there, we packed 80 bags of ready-to-cook meals that Ideal Market donated through their Neighbors Feeding Neighbors program.
We would like to again thank everyone who donated items or helped in any way to make this a very successful food drive once again. It’s great to be a Raider!!
